○ Welcome to 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥: 𝐀 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 ○ 《----------》 War! As the brink of War had risen between the Brotherhood of Steel and Old-World Government known as the 'Enclave' clash at each other for control for the Capital Wasteland Region, a new threat emerges from Vault 87, one that had been locked away behind many doors, for many years. Now it has unearthed itself due to recent trespassers tamperings within the ancient Vault and has now revealed itself to the Capital Region, casting tyranny across the Eastern Wastes, gaining control of all nearby settlements and locations, dominating the people and creatures within. This ultimately put the Brotherhood-Enclave War at a halt following these reports and soon, unfortunate events. Though the Brotherhood won at the Battle for Project Purity, they had soon abandoned it as the Super Mutant Threat within D.C started expanding out to the outer edges of the City, gaining control as they became a more organized fighting force to be reckoned with. Despite the best efforts in subduing the threat, it only led to many more deaths, crippling both the Brotherhood and Enclave, which had thought to be the strongest factions within the Region. Now, they are nearly no more. Few Settlements remain, the Brotherhood of Steel and Enclave weakened, the Outcasts with limited man-power, and the Chinese Remnant whom of which are a very old enemy of the past America, now forgotten, bathed in radiation. The War against the Mutant Threat has begun, and it may be the only War that matters now. Who will put an end to their tyranny and ever rising dominance? Could it be possible?
