*The sky was dark with all the gas and pollution in the air. But the streets were darker, with crime at every corner.*
*The city was in lockdown with no one coming in or out. It has been 1 week since the announcement was issued.*
**MAY I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION**
Gotham City is in lockdown. No one is coming in or out without permission. This is issued by the new mayor of Gotham. As they expressed concern for the threat that is Gotham City and its crime. UNTIL the crime rates are under control this lockdown will not be removed.
*How will the heros fix this? Will it ever be fixed?*

»»The Concept««
Sota City is a Super Hero Roleplay server where many of our characters have…you guessed it- Special abilities! However, due to the emergence of these powers in our world history, the world government is splintered and fractured into an even more scrambled version than what we have. Cities contain their own laws and forms of government, most trying to ban the use of superpowers entirely.
Sota City is a safe haven for people with special powers, otherwise known as Meta-Humans. However, with the rise of super-powered vigilantism and villainy, many have begun trying to make Sota City conform to the rest of the world's laws. Which side do you fall on? Good…? Evil….? Or the morally grey…?

***TOKYO GHOUL - TRIBUTES***
*This server is 16+!*
It is modern day Tokyo. Years have passed since the Dragon War. Faux allyships between Ghoul and Mankind have crumbled like castles under poor leadership and glorified silver linings. From the ashes rose tired, angry, and vengeful ghouls that were given fragile promises and hope at living a normal life.
The United Front and newly-instated CCG, lead by Matsuri Washuu, are now at war. The CCG believes that it is their rightful title as Japan's proper justice division and that all ghouls must be executed as a means to prevent a third-wave’s occurrence as well as another Dragon Incident. The wards have been distorted in chaos underneath the surface, as constant warring over Tokyo's wards appears to be never-ending.
The strange world just got stranger. The dead are mysteriously rising, old organizations are returning with new faces and new leadership, and the ghoul and human worlds as we know it are headed for significant changes.
Here there is a very lax ranking system, meaning that, until the free-spots are filled for higher ranking ghouls / investigators you may have to have your character be higher ranked. For those that miss out, do not fret. We are solely-activity based, meaning the longer / more active you are the higher the rank you can become via the Arcane bot level system **in roleplay channels only**. Both canons and original characters are welcome. Create your own paths - your lore is incorporated into the server's lore. Have fun and enjoy your stay!
*What we offer*
- Unlimited OCs
- A complete, unique server with all 24 wards and location channels within them
- Semi-lit - Adv. Lit RP
- A small but growing community of friendly, creative people
- Canon Character roles
- Gartic, music bots and streaming voice chats

This server is a post-apoc RP. I wish to create an environment that allows for freedom and clearer rules. The server is a mix of fallout and zombies taking place after a nuclear and chemical war between the U.S. and USSR, with few restrictions.
