It’s all about friendships, first loves, identity, and the tension between fitting in and standing out. You Might Play The: = All greasers have the same code of ethics. They believe in their own morals enough to follow each other even to death. We never involve anyone not personally involved with the matters of us, this mainly includes family. In a situation where a fight is planned, never bring a gun, we deal the issue out with fists or concealable steel. Business stays our business, and always try to hide what you do at night from everyone. You don’t need to smoke to be with us, we may do some bad things but we ain’t forcing anything, same with drinking too. We keep our hair slick and our rides slicker, alright? Don’t let it all pressure ya kid, you’re gonna be a natural. Just don’t do anything stupid. = Socs: They live to be over everyone else, really pretentious. They keep their clothes neat and their social standings even more so. It is quite sad when a selected few actually are trying hard to be one of them, but like they say, they are like Socrates or whatever. Well they certainly encourage the dissection of one’s character and argument, though they do it more for the “facts” rather than for deeper thinking. They are kind of like greasers in a way, they have their own morals, “morals”, and have their dedicated groupings. The main thing is that they are mainly seen by society as best because greasers exist and we wouldn’t want to be a greaser now would we. Get your grades up, pretty and civilized, simple.
