A new group of villains have successfully claimed the live of Sailor Moon now leaving the Inner and Outer Senshi to pick up the pieces, meanwhile Sailor Senshi from across the stars are reincarnating on Earth! At the same time a new faction is appearing in humans wielding the powers of magecraft and mana. Nearly six centuries have passed since the last Holy Grail War, servants are becoming a distant myth and now many mages are finding themselves arriving in Japan for one reason or the other.
