Description
1 - 800 - HOTLINE is a heavily decentralized discord-based text-roleplay set in a slightly modified version of the Hotline Miami 1 Universe; the goal will be to allow people, regardless of their knowledge of the series, to roleplay and have fun within this universe. This server will take a drastic turn into usually unexplored territory in that roleplayers will create only a very basic file about their character, with an emphasis on not giving away headcanon OOCly, in an effort to make character interaction more meaningful by allowing players to learn about others characters both OOCly and ICly. 1 - 800 - HOTLINE utilizes a selection process to hand-pick people we believe will be great additions to our server. All one must do is submit a past writing sample and a past character that they have previously created. There is an emphasis of literate, character-developing roleplay with a mixture of combat-roleplay against self & staff controlled NPC's. Combat will not be censored; gore and violent descriptions will be present within the server, and therefore, we ask that members only 16 years old and above join the server.
