A new organization calling themselves the "League of Villains" managed to break in and attack the U.S.J, threatening the lives of the Hero Course Class 1-A students and nearly killing their homeroom teacher, the Erasure Hero: Eraserhead. The public is in uproar, terrified. How could this happen? If UA isn't safe, where else is? Can UA's staff even be trusted anymore? The seeds of fear and unrest have been planted.
