we are a hospital-themed server aimed to promote consistent wellness and recovery in a group setting! we welcome all who struggle with any kind of impairment, both psychologically and physically, or allies of disabilities and disorders in general!
what you will do as a resident . . .
・be assigned to a house with other residents of similar interests
・daily journaling to catch up on each other's lives and promote reflection
・weekly, thought provoking homework assignments that keep you accountable for maintaining recovery
・have access to resources for meditation, DBT, harm reduction, and emergency services, all in one place
・participate in weekly online classes that raise awareness for mental/physical disabilities
・discuss your interests, goals, aspirations, and vent as much as needed in your own personal spaces
