Avatar: Blood in the Waves is an up and coming avatar roleplay server. Set in a world where the Fire Nation could hold an entire continent, but neither could the Earth Kingdom force them out completely, resulting in a peace treaty that allowed the Fire Nation to keep their most valuable colonies, but also made necessary the payment of reparations. Without technology capable of standing against the technologically superior fire nation, there was no real way to enforce this part of the treaty. The Fire Nation viewed the treaty as an insult to the soldiers who fought and died, while the Earth Kingdom viewed as not punishing enough on the Fire Nation. With neither parties satisfied, tensions are high, bitter memories are still fresh, and the risk of another war is ever present.. Will you fan the fires of hate and provoke another war? Or will you do your best to preserve the fragile peace? The fate of the four nations is in your hands..
